• Spikerverket is part of the urban transformation of Nydalen, Oslo. Our project is situated along Nylandsveien, the first building you meet when arriving from the west.
• The project consists of both residential and business programs and is designed to simultaneously interact with the new urban situation and the area’s green character.
• Egmonts new headquarter in Oslo will be located here
